Murray evidently felt my striped pink and orange socks were not butch enough. I stood my ground.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>We&#8217;ve been taking things at a steady pace, getting together about once a week except when Murray is out of town with The Dears or on his own. I&#8217;m hoping the timeline will be something between <em><a href=\"https:\/\/theworldprovider.bandcamp.com\/album\/history-of-pain\">History of Pain<\/a><\/em>, which we took two years to record, and <em>Always<\/em>, which was completed in a relatively quick three-month burst of productivity.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_408\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-408\" style=\"width: 225px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-408 size-medium\" src=\"https:\/\/theworldprovider.net\/site\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/03\/IMG_3399-2-225x300.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"225\" height=\"300\" srcset=\"https:\/\/theworldprovider.net\/site\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/03\/IMG_3399-2-225x300.jpg 225w, https:\/\/theworldprovider.net\/site\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/03\/IMG_3399-2.jpg 480w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 225px) 85vw, 225px\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-408\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Staring into the depths of my soul, the existential void, or just a couple of vintage mics.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>All I can tell you is that so far we&#8217;ve recorded three tracks; they sound nothing like each other, and completely different from anything the WP has done before.
